Dear one assist,

As per your word your cancellation team will contact me within 48 hours but it past around 5 days no call is arranged for me. Even i did not get response from your team. (Service request no. 2026948).

May i know the status for delay...!!!

My billing date is at my door step & i am not going to pay the amount for
Which i am not responsible.

This is a very worst experience with you...

Your refund against membership cancellation has been initiated. It will be processed in bank/card account from which the amount has been debited. It takes 7 to 8 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
