I was not activation plan activation i dont want contiune this plan please cancelled my membership plan an give my refund back my money.
Iam trying to contact through customer services they are telling they dont have details regarding my account.

Please go through my problem and revert as soon as possible.

As per your request, we have cancelled your plan vide service request No.2258019 on 17th August, 2017.

The refund will be processed in bank/card account from which the amount has been debited. It takes 7 to 8 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
