My name is irshad tamboli, i have already requested to deactivate one assist service which is forcefully activated by your representative namely swati by giving wrong information about the plan. I already requested to cancel my subscription & service request no. Is 2627208. The representative told me that your cancellation team call me within 48 hrs of my cancellation request but still after 68 hrs no any call by your team. I want my cancellation & refund instantly.
