Inappropriate excess charges demanded (Claim number 3378058) relationship number: 2116779 I have taken mobile insurance from oneassist and my handset screen broke down subsequently i raised a claim request and handset was taken for repair but to my surprise i was asked to pay inr 1000 as axcess charges. I asked oneassist that my claim amount is approx 3300 so the actual excess charge would be inr 330 approx then why excess is being asked. I this oneassist reverted with twisted terms and condition mail where they ae showing changed terms and conditions justifying their demand of inr 1000, i have reverted them with all details and screenshot of their chat executive deepalli who had clearly written i m liable to pay 10% of claim value only. There has been no support rendered from oneassist against my grievance, it seems they are simply interested in siphoning more amount from customer's by raising inappropriate demands at the time of claim settlement.
