Sr. No. : 2123912 The above service number was related to my mobile insurance. The actual screen replacement cost at apple service centre would be rs. 12000. But you asked the service centre to give the estimation for 23000 so that this can be categorised as ber. With your approved amount i can't buy the same phone at the current market price. This is completely cheating and i called the service centre where you gave for the estimation and they confirmed that your representative intentionally asked to give estimation for 23000. I have the evidence with me and i have the estimation provided by service centre for me. Please return my mobile asap. I don't want to have any relationship with oneassist anymore.
