Brought new RED Mi note 4 and activated MI Protect for that. After one week my phone glass was broken and submitted for claim request on one assist.

These people started process on FEB 26th and told me 25 days it will take. Now it is 21st MAR still saying it takes another 10 days.

This worst kind of service i ever seen. They took my phone and not knowing what is happening to that.

Don't ever buy one assist PLAN for your MI phones instead better buy some other insurence.

You IDIOTS what are you thinking. I don't want your repair.. please return my phone safely ... i can't wait any longer after many stories from internet on fraud by oneassist.

I brought the phone 13k and now they are saying it is not possible to give it back.. totally it is very stupid kind of **** service.
