My device got physically damaged on june 15th i requested a claim on the same day but on the next day they asked me to change claim by emailing them because of other name in invoice so i did as mentioned above but they rejected it and i tried again but they again rejected it without noticing me this happened twice so i seek help in claiming my insurance. Also they do not accept the invoice name because of age problem so i also changed the insurer name . It wasbooked from my account and age is 17years. This mobile was booked for my dad as he doesn't know to book online they also cannot understand that how can a 17year pay for the device it is obvious that the father must have paid but they then too reject and also there was nothing mentioned while buying the mi insurance plan as the sale doesn't last for even 1min so where the time to see such things.
