[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Insurance claim | |||
I called to service center just after 1 hour my device get damaged in accident. Executive told me that due to server down please request after 48 hours. I called them after few days and now they are saying that you are informing us lately so we can not raise your claim. Even they don't have my previous call record or may be they have or they are lying. I opened 4 times claim request and their executives are giving surety that it'll be resolve in 48 hours but i'm getting call again and they are giving me reason of delay intimation and they are even try to check my previous call records.
