Hi, I submitted my mobile phone to one assist solutions pvt ltd as i had purchased insurance for my mobile redmi 4 imei number : [protected], on october 4 2017. The company claimed that my phone was beyond economic repair (Ber) and promised to pay me back the settlement amount i-e rs 6449 on october 14 2017 and said the amount would reflect in your account in 7-10 working days. It is 5 december 2017 today and i have not received any amount from them it been 2 months that i have not been given the amount that i was promised. Also no proper communication is being done from past 3 weeks from there side. I would like to file a complaint against one assist for delaying my payment and doing fake commitments even when they are not doing anything. I have with me all the mails received from there end and enough evidences to prove my point Was this information helpful? | |||||
