OneAssist Consumer Solutions — insurance claim denied twice for handset

I raised a complain for damaged screen after few days of purchase of insurance. They firstly denied it saying that you have to claim it post 15 days of purchasing the insurance. When i spoke to their customer care, they said you can reclaim it after 1 week, it will be taken care.
When i claimed again, they rejected saying its the same claim & you can't put it twice!
This is insane. As a customer i will follow the instructions conveyed.
I am still struggling but no one is taking it forward.

Really disappointed with one assist. This is nothing but cheating your customers.
