[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Insurance claim stuck in between, courtesy handset not provided | |||||
My customer id is - 924320. I have filed a mobile insurance claim for my redminote 3 on 16 may 2017. After a lot of calls and emails my phone was picked up on 23 may 2017. After that the company said they are waiting for the approval from insurance company. They do not reply to emails sent to their customer support email - [protected]@oneassist.in. All calls to their helpline result in the executive asking me to wait with no information as to how long will it take for the approval.in every of my call (Which are around 20 in number), i am told to wait for 48 hrs to receive a callback but i have never received any callback. Also, as a part of their policy they promise to give a courtesy handset when the mobile is given for insurance. The request for the same was raised by me on 16 may 2017 but i have not yet received the courtesy handset. All the above details were confirmed by their executive named ashraf on a call to me which i have recorded. Please take necessary action against the company which is fooling innocent customers.
