I have purchased mi note 4 along with the handset i have also bought mi protect plan, unfortunately hanset hads damaged and raised the claim for the same service request number 1953622. And membership id :[protected] According to the policy they have to give the handset witin 15 days but it has been 3 weeks no updae from one assit when ihave tried to call them claim relationship officer ms. Jyothi shetty either doesnot respond to call or giving false promises and cuts the call in between. And threatens to give the handset without repair if we follow up for more Till date it is pending with insurance company and not specifing when i will get the handset. Regards, Rajendra.
