On 27/3/2017 my handset was picked up for claim purpose. After so much of follow up.. On 30/5/2017 they said "the subject claim is not admissible due age of device is beyond 2 years. Date of purchase - 22/10/2014 start date of insurance cover - 07/11/2016" ". While renewing the plan the concern team did not knew how old my handset is? When i filed a claim after 2 months they told me this reason. Later now they told me i'll get my un repaired handset withing 7-8 days, still being 20 days i don't know where my handset is. The customer care executive just say you'll receive a call back withing 48 hours but they don't neither they reply on mail just kept me holding saying wait for 48 hours. I'm not understanding why're they not even returning my handset. Also they called me to return my money still that is also pending. I strongly recommend everyone do not purchase this product.
