[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — iphone 6s insurance | |||
Already i have submitted complaint regarding this. The complaint id is 1928936. I contacted the oneassist person within 2 days when the phone got damaged. He was not accepting my insurance. Then got to know about the complaints forum from my colleague a week later. I have informed all these to one assist person who again took the complaint and did verification process. Now the claim has been closed with reason "delay in claim intimation". If you guys were not taking immediate action, then what can be done from customer side. After hearing all the details, closing the claim like this reason is not fare. It is like eyewash to do something and again denying the claim. Was this information helpful? | |||
