Plan says i will be given 12 day repair or replace gurantee, its been 20days now. No payment link sent yet. No courtesy handset provided. Promised a callback from senior, no call back as well. Was told my phone would be replaced, now saying it will be repaired. No response to emails, jusy automated replies Relationship no 1621208 is mine Misguiding customer care.
