I had enrolled with oneassist for my iphone 6s insurance membership. Recently my phone got slipped from my hand and fell in to the sink running under water, thus my phone stopped working due to the breaching of water inside. I filed my claim and uploaded all the necessary documents but everytime i got mail this is not upload that isnt uploaded where in it was already upload and when i asked them about this issue they said ignore the mail we will review in 48 hours and let you know. its be above 3 weeks the procedure still hasnt moved forward so i mailed tem that i want to withdraw my claim and terminate my insurance membership and now after 3 days of that they still havent proceeded with it and when i call them as mentioned in their mailed after 48 hours they still havent even accepted the mail. i am fed of this company. in name of customer care claim and insurace they just bribe you initially they used to call 10 times for insurance and now they dont even call once a day to inform about the status of my claim or withdrawal. i want to report about this and let people know that it isnt trusted and shouldnt be enrolled into it.
