I have purchased iphone in the month of january, 2017 and insured it with oneassist. I have submitted the documents for initiating the claim process on 12th may, 2017 due to some problem in the phone. I have submitted all the requisite documents as desired. They were not clear with invoice i have submitted.in view of this, i have submitted online copy of bill to correlate. Again they emailed that you are requested to submit invoice again. This gameplay continued 2-3 times and any sincere person who wants to clear the initiating process could have been started it by now. So 8 days have been passed till now and ridiculously they have promised 12 days guarantee to complete the insurance claim process. Some where down the line i have started reading reviews of insurance claim, people are giving one star rating to it and complaining that it took 2-3 months in the process and then too the handset received after repair is not working. I have lost all my trust in the process, i have become suspicious to whether to submit my handset or not. Biggest setback is that i have paid around inr 3600 for the policy which i am feeling like i have thrown it away. This sort of companies are running without any check. It really shattered my confidence. I think i should highlight this issue to the pmo office, otherwise all other people who are taking policy from this company will feel cheated.
