My iphone fell down on thursday but the screen stopped working on sunday. For which i called them on monday. I told them the entire story. They said accident was thursday, intimation was not within 48 hours; i said but it stopped working on sunday how can i know it isnt working. They accepted saying they will move ahead this time. And moved ahead. But after a week now on monday they call due to delayed claim, we will reject your claim. Highly unprofessional. After expalining the reason they first tell they will move ahead.
