Very worst experience with oneassist.. i have purchased 1 year extended warranty plan by ONEASSIST. i have been told that, whatever the company covers in the first year of warranty, same will be covered by ONEASSIST in the subsequent year immediately after expiring the company's waarranty. now, i have registered a service complaint. ASM assigned TECHNICIAN n ASM told to pay to TECHNICIAN by me and later he will do refund. but now ASM is refusing to pay back to me by saying some silly unwanted rules n regulations which were created by him ... really a fraud company which collects premium but refuses to give services to customer... never recommend anyone ONEASSIST ever Was this information helpful? | |||
