[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — lost my money | |||||
I am one of your customer and i made a cancellation request on 27th july 2017. And till the date of 10th august i am not getting any amount. When everytime i make a call you are conviencing me that i will get the amount in some days. And till now i dont get any amount from you. I have paid an amount of1279/- on 21st july. Is this the way to provide your service?? This is totally nonsence. I want my money back within 2-3 days and if you cant give with in that time i am gonna make a complaint on consumer court againest you. I have given all the information regarding bank details like my account no, ifsc code, holder name, and branch. I need an answer from you as early as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||
