Sir/mam i bought one assist insurance for my i phone which cost me around 2000 rupees for my mobile security as physical and liquid damage protection after some time i accidentally damage my cellphone so i head to file a claim i had done all the paper work 20 days ago from present date but they are just giving me dates. They just told me our concern team is verifying your documents we will request you to wait 48 hours. Dear sir mam please help me to get my claim

I am chasing to conclude this from 8th March and today we are at 16th April, almost one month and 8 days gone to close this.
Apart from this my cell phone is not with me, hope your team will understand the pain without cell phone.
I have submitted invoice and as per that Invoice value need to be considered with Buyback Deal as I surrender my previous phone while purchasing this new iPhone.
Not able to understand why your team simply ignored that and due to that I am facing this issue.
