[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — membership auto-renewed even after requesting for a cancel last year

My name is m sriram reddy. I have requested for cancelling the auto-renewal last year. They said it is not possible to cancel the auto-renewal but we will get a mail requesting our confirmation. But i dint get any mail from them. Now i call, they say that they dont have my mailid with them so could not send the confirmation mail.
