I got a call from one assist about the protection plan, without giving our concurrence they created a account and debited 1899 rs.
We requested to cancel the membership after making 2 ~ 3 calls dated 7th march and agreed to cancel to membership and confirmed the amount will be refunded in 24 to 48 hrs.
We got a cancellation confirmation mail on 8th march. However on 9th march we got a mail stating the membership plan has changed to wa power single plan instead of cancellation.
With repeated calls (Frustrated) to toll free nos. We are getting a firm confirmation on cancellation and refund details.
Kindly to the needful to avoid further escalation.
