Sir/madam,
I received a message from oneassist that rs 1399 has been deducted from from my hdfc credit card and the same has come in last month credit card statement. This has happened without informing me. The details of the membership is provided below. I am not interested in continuing with oneassist. Kindly arrange for refund of membership fees at the earliest.
