[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Mi 5 phone not returned | |||||
My mi phone had accidental liquid damage and had submitted a claim under mi protect. But they replied saying insurance company had rejected. But I got the mail saying it's rejected on Dec third 2016. Till now I haven't received my handset back. Despite multiple mails they have not responded. For more than two months they have kept my phone in third party hands without my consent. what is the guarantee for my handsets safety.i woul s like to file a complaint.
