[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Mi 5 Physical damage

I got a physical damage on back panel of my 5 months old Mi 5 handset. After raising the request and after getting back the handset, i saw another damage over the all round side panel. Now its being more than 10 days there is no solution provided by one assist, no update over the raised complaint, no initiatives.

Very poor and unattended service. Worthless to get insurance from OneAssist.

No steps is been taken by the company. since 2 month company is making excuse over just to make return of the handset, such a poor service is unexpected from Oneassist with tag line "just a call away".
