One assist rejected my mobile damage claim due to late intimation. They are coming with such hidden terms and conditions to reject claims . It's a fraud. Please do not buy their insurance for mobile phones. This company should be shut down by government due to such hidden condition. Verified Support Feb 14, 2018 OneAssist Consumer Solutions Customer Care's response Dear Saraf, you must inform us within 2 days of the date of damage or loss. Because this was done more than 48 hours later, the insurance company has closed your claim.
