I had an protection plan from MI protect regarding my phone MI A3 which was purchased on 26th aug 2020 having the protection plan ID 8096199 I was facing some issue in the phone touch which was not working at some touch points. so I visited MI servie center they return me the phone saying that your phone is having the liquid damage. So I approached to One assist as I had the protection plan against the liquid damage with the service request number 6532214 but that was closed under mysterious circumstances … I don't know what are the mysterious circumstances . Now I am confused where to go for my phone repair under warranty / under insurance / manufacturing fault ot any other way out . pls guide me on this subject Was this information helpful? | |||
