[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Mi Protect - Poor servicing | |||
I bought Mi5 with Mi protect and it got liquid damage. They picked my mobile for service on May 2016. I waited for more than 3 months, between so many calls to them. No use of it and no proper date of delivery. And finally they returned my mobile today and they not repaired at all. Its not even switching on. Now they again arranged for repickup of the device, I dont know how many days I have to wait. Mi is even worst and they not even ready to hear the problem. I dont know what they repaired for last 3 months and again they are going to repair it. Was this information helpful? | |||
