[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Mi protect protection plan | |||||
I have taken mi protection plan from one-assist. My mobile got damaged on 11th june 2017 and i have filed claim on the same day. Today is 14th july 17 i. E after 1 month and 3 days still it is not settled. Initially they told me that it will be settled within 20 days. They had picked up my mobile on 10th july and still i have not got any confirmation. It is getting delayed. I am very upset with this. I have to visit kolkata on 20th july 2017 and without mobile it is getting very difficult as all data are stored in that only. Request you to kindly look into the matter and please deliver my handset withing 20th july 17. Was this information helpful? | |||||
