[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — miscommunication from one assist customer care representative

I received a call from one assist customer care on jun'17, stating to avail the wallet assist feature for 2 years. After repeated inquiry the customer care representative confirmed that i will not be charged directly for the feature and the same will be adjusted with hdfc bank where i'm having the credit card of.

But i received a bill of rs.5500/- (Rs.4851 + surcharges) on nov'17 against my credit card.

This is absolutely disastrous experience.
Request you to kindly look on to the issue and provide a immediate solution for the same..

Dear Team,

Still have not got the requisite solution from your end. The matter is not yet settled with HDFC Bank.
Getting repeated reminders from Bank regarding pending payment clearance.
New credit bill from bank received, asking for payment of Rs.5500/-.

Please resolve the issue on urgent basis..
