The mobile assist team has taken away my handset on 15 june 2016 and since then I dont have any clue whenI will get my handset. Each time i call the one assist helpline I get a new Due date and its been almost 2 months now . even the helpline people are unaware of the claim status . I want my handset back asap, the helpline people have no clue abt the process and they just tell us what they see in the computer screen. Kindly help me get back my phone asap.
