Mobile details: Model:- iphone 5s gray 16 gb mm, serial no.- f95ph1k8frc4 I have initiated service request no.1401273 that my mobile was fell down on the road during travelling on motorcycle and it was physically damaged. i have fulfilled all the formalities of my mobile details with scan copies and send requested documents to one assist but every time they have demanding same documents even though i have send the requisite documents. I made inquiry on 15.07.2016 to one assist customer care about the status of the mobile then i was shocked and got feedback that srr is already closed as customer has failed to submit required documents related to mobile.. how one assist can close srr without intimating to the customer.in-spite of insurance i have not still get any replacement to my damaged mobile. pl. look into this matter to resolve this issue at the earliest.
