I have been following up since 29th may 2017 with your help desk and no solution has been provided so far. They are not able to register the damage claim as the old claim is still open in their tool (For the last claim i have paid the service fee and go back the mobile but not sure why the claim is not closed?). I am really dissatisfied with the service you provide. I have made so many calls since then. I am not able to register the claim, your customer care executive says that previous claim is still open in the system so unable to register new claim.
