[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — mobile claim is pending | |||
I baught an insurance from one assist. My relationship id is 2200010. I filed for insurance on 10th aug. But there insurance company approval is still pending. The phone was sent on 21st aig to insurance company. But the approval is still pending. Whenever i call to customer care they always told me to wait. They are keep delaying the process. I also sent an another device for repairing. They sent me the device back. It was not repaired by service centre instead of that they got it repaired from a local shop vendor and there were still issues in the device. When i told this to insurance company. They said that they have arranged for a pick up. It was 5 days ago but still there is no response from their side Was this information helpful? | |||
