Membership id-[protected] Claim date - 09/04/2017 I have purchased mobile damage protection plan from one assist consumer solutions private limited on 09/01/2017 and my membership id is [protected]. Unfortunately my mobile fell in to water on 09/04/2017 & same day i registered the claim as described by one assist consumer solutions & they provided me claim number Till date they have not confirmed the status of my claim. I am in continuous fallow up with these peoples. 73 days passed & still nobody picked my mobile from my home. Very good this is while calling customer care they are saying i should wait for 48 hours for a update. Was this information helpful? | |||||
