[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Mobile handset insurance | |
Dear sir/madam, My handset got damaged and the insurance covered it. The process which i was told that i need to file a claim and then submit appropriate document, then representative will come and take the damaged handset and give another handset of same model. Despite the commitment made to pick the damaged handset and deliver the same model handset to use for the time being, on monday i. E. Dec 19, it was not done. Handset was picked on dec, 22 only and no handset was given in exchange at all. As i was not at home, i was told by my wife later and when i called the customer care, i was told very rudely that it is not oneassist fault and the other handset will be given only after 7-10 days later. What kind of pathetic service is this? I never expected this level o[censored]nprofessional service done from oneassist. I had heard good words from others about the company but my first hand experience is way too poor. Let me know what is being in this regard at the earliest. I need the handset not 7-10 days later but within 1-2 days. Was this information helpful? | |
