[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Mobile insurance | |||
Had given a 2 months old piece for claiming the insurance.. N it gets rejected.. Reason being negligence of the customer itseems.. Do you guys consider customers fools who wont handle their 2 months old phone? While taking the policy a lot of promises are been given by the company, and moreover when you try to contact the company you have to wait hours together to speak to the executive!
