[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Mobile insurance claim | |||||
Hi, After all document completion i spoke to oneassist customer care many times, they have confirmed that claim amount will be deposited to my bank account by July 17th 2016. But actually not credited. Later i have been calling them for every 48hrs. they are taking time and committing that "issue has been highlighted" we will surely getback to you within 48hrs and amount will be credited asap. As of now i called so many times, except asking to wait for another 48hrs no other reply i am getting. This is really very bad experience with them. Atleast after committing the 48hrs time also, they are least bothered to inform the customer about the status. we need to call them up should listen same story.
