[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Mobile insurance claim | |||||
I claimed for the accidental damage of my handset 3 weeks ago. Now that i already submitted all the documents required by the company already, they are not proceeding the claim and asking for new documents every time just to annoy us so that we give up after that. This is very shameful that i have to complain second time against the same company for the different claim.
