[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Mobile Insurance Fraud by One Assist !!! | |||||
Its been 2 months since i have raised a claim for my iPhone 5s on January 23, 2017 and its April 4, 2017 and my case is not even open yet. All I hear everytime i call the customer care is "please wait for the next 48 hours". I was a proud owner of One Assist Membership previously since they replaced my mobile within a month in 2016. Little did i know that i had to take the replacement letter since i was so excited to get my phone so soon. When i raised for a claim this time, One Assist took close to one month to get my replacement letter and till date they haven't opened my case for my claim. Its almost 3 months.
