Hello sir, mera naam shailesh madame h. Main one assist cosumer solutions nam ki company se 8 june 2017 ko 1169 rs ka mobile insurance krvaya tha. Jisme mujhe mobile tutne, paani me girne ityadi ka insurance kiya gya. Mera plan no. Ma damage non apple d2c 18k-24k yh hai. Mera phn 15 june ko screen tut gya jiske clame k liye maine apply kiya. Company ne sari formalities k bad mujhe yeh keh kr claim close kr diya ki yes cooling period k ander h.. Jiska mtlb 25 din k bhitr aap claim ni kr skte. Prntu jb maine plan liya us smy meri abdul nam ke executive se baat hue jinhone is baat ki koi jankari ni di. Kripya aap meri mdd kre. Mere pass customer care se baat ki hue call recording bhi hai jisme unhone mana h ki unhone puri jankari mujhe ni di. Or ab wo mujhe mera mobile khud bnane bol re h. We understand your concern and regret for any inconvenience caused to you. We have mentioned in our terms & conditions mentioned in the policy under "Insured Cover - INSURED EQUIPMENT" that any "claim event (event of damage or theft) occurring in first 15 days of activation of the OneAssist Plan will not be admissible for claims processing. inappropriate excess charges demanded ( claim number 3378058) Relationship number: 2116779
I have taken mobile insurance from OneAssist and my handset screen broke down subsequently I raised a claim request and handset was taken for repair but to my surprise I was asked to pay inr 1000 as axcess charges. I asked Oneassist that my claim amount is approx 3300 so the actual excess charge would be inr 330 approx then why excess is being asked. I this oneassist reverted with twisted terms and condition mail where they ae showing changed terms and conditions justifying their demand of inr 1000, I have reverted them with all details and screenshot of their chat executive Deepalli who had clearly written i m liable to pay 10% of claim value only.
There has been no support rendered from OneAssist against my grievance, it seems they are simply interested in siphoning more amount from customer's by raising inappropriate demands at the time of claim settlement.
