Hi, I have taken Mobile insurance from One assist and they act as a middleman for Insurance and Xioami. Believe me taking insurance from one assist was the biggest mistake of my life. They have set of foolish and inexperienced people in their team who cannot analyze the complaint. My handset was damaged as it accidentally fell from by bed back while I was sleeping and now they are saying it is negligence and they rejected my claim.
