They are fraud .i had a horrible experience with one assist.Ye sirf budhu bnate hai.apne customer ko tab tak ghumate hai jab tak wo khud na haar maan le. ye inka trika hai paise dhgne ka .Mera handset 15 June ko Damage hua tha maine claim file inhone khub ghumaya mujhe aur ab tak pickup ni hua hai .mai to sbko suggest kruga one assist se bchkr rho .ye koi insurance nhi karte hai.Ye manipulate hai bus . inke baare mai likhu to max limit nhi hai .
