Relationship No : 681829 Membership Id: [protected] My phone was picked on 30th of august as there was a lit bit of screen damage.I have paid the excess payment and my phone is in repair status since 9th of Sep. And whenever i call the customer care they tell me to wait for next 48 hours as they have requested the authorized service center to give my due date.I was told the same thing since the past week.But yesterday when i called them they told me that they have now got an update about my due date.And the due date now is 5th of October.I don't think that a minor screen damage can take such a long time to be repaired. i think this is fraud company.
