[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Mobile Repair Service Request # 1543042 | |
This is with reference to the Service Request # 1543042. I raised a complaint on September 8th 2016 saying that my handset got damaged and requested for pick of damaged handset and also for a courtesy handset. I clearly said that I don't have another handset for me to use and requested to provide the courtesy handset asap. I didn't received the courtesy handset and whenever I call the customer care I was informed that the handsets are not available. Meanwhile I uploaded all the necessary documents and paid the EXCESS amount to process the repair on 29 Sep 2016. After that again I called the customer care and asked for the courtesy handset and they said since my mobile was sent to repair and it will be delivered soon getting repaired and hence courtesy handset cannot be provided. After couple of weeks I called again and asked for my handset status and they said that the due date has been changed to 26th of October and again they denied to provide the handset. And again when I called on 26th of October, they said the due date has been changed to 11th November 2016. There is no information for me that the due date has been changed until I call the customer care. Again when I called on November 11th they informed that the mobile will be delivered within 48 hours and since Saturday and Sunday was holiday, the mobile will be delivered on Monday, 14th November 2016. When I called today again they said that the due date has been changed and it is 28th November 2016. They never informed me that the due date was changed till I call the customer care. I have written couple of mails to [protected]@mail.oneassistinfo.in, but never received any reply from them. 1. I clearly told them that I has no other handset I need a courtesy handset on 8th September 2016. 2. I never informed about the status at any moment of time and I used to get the updates whenever I call he customer care. Was this the kind of service you are providing to a customer? I never experienced such a worse service for any other products. You kept me waiting for almost two months without having a courtesy handset or with my phone repaired. I need my handset back with the approved amount for repair of Rs.12308/- so that I can get the handset repaired in a couple of days or provide me a courtesy handset till I get my handset delivered Finally I am very much frsutrated with this service and I suggest don't buy the products of OneAssist. Provided due date was given by authorized service center which was intimated to you from OneAssist. Note: - Due date from the service center may change depending on the parts availability of the handset. There is no meaning in calling the[protected] for assistance, as they simply say that their system was updated with a due date and I have to wait till that date. When I don't have a solution atleast temporarily what is the meaning in calling the number and arguing with your customer care for hours.
I written couple of mails to [protected]@oneassist.in but I didn't received even acknowledgement.
The service is very very bad.
