I take mobile insurance from one assist company at december 2016. But my mobile theft at feb 2017 under insurance. So i claim company under service request number 1776673. I also submit all document soft copy or hardcopy. Company not give me insurance. So please solve my problem and help me to take my mobile insurance. I also submit all document according to requirement. Company rejected my claim? Why. Please solve its
