[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — money deducted | |||
I have taken this service around 4 years back. Every year i called them to cancel my services but nothing is happening. They even not bother to take verbal or written renewal approval from the customer. The amount is directly deducted from the credit card. After seeing the credit card bill when i follow them regularly for cancellation now the have inactive the service but for only after few days of renewal (That too without approval) they are refunding 50% amount.
