My plan got activated without my permission and money 1899 got deducted from my icici bank account. I want my money back. I called customer care 10 times but did not respond well. They are very irresponsible and cut the call in between. When they called for giving information about one assist then they called more than 10 times until unless I don't listen to them. This is what they even told me on the called. On call they don't ask you for confirmation or anything. They just give you information and our okay they consider as they are allowed to deduct amount from our account. This is what they stated on call when they called after raising complaint here. This is complete fraud and manipulation also very annoying. Customer care people called me so many times and troubling me for 1 hr n more to talk and listen to them. They are giving discounts and offers to continue and when i denied they said we can't assure you how much money will be refunded.
When they called for giving information about one assist then they called more than 10 times until unless I don't listen to them. This is what they even told me on the called. On call they don't ask you for confirmation or anything. They just give you information and our okay they consider as they are allowed to deduct amount from our account. This is what they stated on call when they called after raising complaint here. This is complete fraud and manipulation also very annoying. I want my complete money to be refunded. 1899/-
