I have received a call with regards to the cancellation, but the customer care official was speaking in Hindi and hence I could not understand her. I request somebody to call who can speak in English as I am not well versed in Hindi. The call was also placed during class hours as a result I could not confirm my cancellation, I could not call the number back after class hours and although I told the customer care official to call in Half an hour, I received no call back. I request a refund back for the amount debited without my consent and a cancellation of my services to one assist that has been subscribed to without my authorisation.
